After four years of literally trying to murder one another, Shawn Michaels and Triple H got the band (sans one or two members) back together and many dick and fart jokes followed. The main targets of their sophomoric wrath were Vince and Shane McMahon and The Spirit Squad, who had all manner of gross liquids dumped on them, along with other humiliations.

The WWE Network has recently uploaded every episode of Raw from 2006 on there and, let me tell you, the summer and early autumn months are almost intolerable due to the incessant pranking and genitalia references. The segment where The Game and Candice Michelle received under-the-table oral sex at a BBQ? Hilarious! Trapping the entire Spirit Squad in a box and shipping them back to OVW? Please hold me while my sides begin to split...

The pair finally got serious in their feud with Rated-RKO but, by that point, their schtick had become so unbearable that many cheered on Randy Orton and Edge in the dispute. When Triple H went down with a torn quadriceps at New Year's Revolution in January 2007, it was a blessing in disguise as it (momentarily, at least) put a stop to the DX reunion tour.

Somewhat impressively, their 2009 PG reformation managed to be evenlamer.
