28. Jim Duggan Finds The TV Title

Try to figure this one out.

Scott Hall and Kevin Nash had chucked the once-proud TV belt into a bin on the 29 November 1999 episode of Nitro. That show took place in Denver, Colorado. Then, on the 19 February 2000 edition in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Jim Duggan found the title in a nearby trash can and declared himself the new champion

OK then.

So, the title teleported from Colorado to PA? Did some fan visiting family in Denver take it home to Bethlehem then decide it should be trashed anyway? None of this made any sense, and WCW didn't try to make sense of it on Nitro. It just happened.
