Adrian Neville is inarguably the flagship performer on NXT as it is presently constituted. You could maybe make a case for Sami Zayn, but Neville is the champ, and Neville is the guy racking up wins. He's been half of the NXT Tag Team Champions, he is the current NXT Champion, and the fans absolutely love to watch him wrestle. He does things in a wrestling ring that many WWE fans would believe impossible. He is an aerial show for the ages. With all that said, why is Adrian Neville on this list? He's amazing, he packs so much punch in such a small package, he can do things that the world has never seen before! This is a guy the WWE should showcase! RVD may not be the best promo guy, but he does have charisma, he does have his signature taunt, and we all know that he's an arrogant guy, which we like. Neville is RVD without any personality, Rey Mysterio without the branding or brand potential. He leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to these important aspects of being a WWE superstar, which is why his place on NXT right now, seems to be the peak of his career,
