6 Most Successful WWE Hell In A Cell Wrestlers Ever
5. Batista
Out of two appearances inside Hell in a Cell, Batista has won both of them, first against Triple H at Vengeance in 2005, and then against The Undertaker at Survivor Series in 2007. This gives 'The Animal' a winning percentage of 100%.
Given a few more appearances inside the cell, Batista could have found himself atop this very list. His first appearance came shortly after winning the World Heavyweight Championship against his former mentor in Evolution, Triple H at WrestleMania 21.
The two men tore each other to sunders in Las Vegas at Vengeance, and after delivering an emphatic Batista Bomb to Triple H, it would be four months before we saw ‘The Game’ on our screens again.
The second saw Batista take on The Undertaker at Survivor Series in 2007, which ended in a much more controversial fashion. As The Undertaker delivered a second Tombstone Piledriver, on top of the steel steps for good measure, Edge would remove the referee from the situation, having disguised himself as a cameraman during the match.
He would then pull Batista’s arm over the deadman’s chest to give him the victory, allowing him to retain.
