6 Reasons Why The Undertaker Should Win At WWE SummerSlam
5. He's The Most Credible Threat To Lesnar
Brock Lesnar has been positioned as the absolute alpha male of WWE. When he first defeated John Cena for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at last year's SummerSlam, he dominated the top superstar in a completely one-sided affair. He has remained the Goliath of that company since then, with sparing exceptions.
Upon return at Battleground last month, Undertaker laid out Lesnar with a lowblow, a chokeslam, and two Tombstome Piledrivers. Undertaker dominated Brock on that night.
Their next physical encounter was the epic pull-apart brawl on Raw that saw most of the locker room emptying in an attempt to contain their anger towards each other. No man necessarily got the upperhand in this fight but it did establish that Undertaker and Lesnar have an intensity towards each other that cannot be contained.
Undertaker has a burning rage against Lesnar and to WWE's credit, they've clearly presented it as this story has played out. Even when Seth Rollins and The Authority beat down Lesnar prior to Battleground, it didn't connect as well as the interactions with Undertaker. Rollins was trying to use the numbers game to thwart Lesnar while Undertaker is bringing the fight head on.
