3. Tessa Blanchard

Tessa Blanchard could be the one that got away for WWE.

After wrestling in NXT and as part of the first Mae Young Classic tournament in 2017, Tessa went her own path by working for Stardom in Japan and then Impact in the States. There, she pinned Allie in a three-way (also involving then-champion Su Yung) to become the new Impact Knockouts Champ.

Blanchard, who is the daughter of original Four Horseman Tully, held that belt for 147 days before dropping it to Taya Valkyrie this past January. Since then, she's been turning heads in Mexico with AAA and as part of the WOW all-female promotion. Tessa has done all this and she's still only 23 years of age.

Imagine how good she'll be when she hits her prime in the next five years or so. If WWE don't try and sign her again, then don't be shocked if AEW come calling. Blanchard is waiting for a major promotion to get behind her so she can show what she's capable of.
