6 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (Feb 25)

1. Monotony

All Elite love these weekly 'Professor's 5-Minute Challenge' bits with Serena Deeb. They're surely working towards something with the skits, but...they should hurry the f*ck up and get there. Honestly, they're so boring and totally monotonous. It's the same thing over and over and over again.

Deeb plays with her food, then stares back at the clock to see that the seconds are ticking down. Suddenly, despite knowing that she has five minutes to work with (she invented this, in storyline at least), the veteran rushes to put her opponent away. Rinse and repeat. See you next week.

It's lifeless.

AEW cannot stretch this out much longer. Get it the hell off Rampage every week, and maybe invest those three-four minutes into another match that's already scheduled. Serena's segments just tend to get in the way of everything else that's going on.
