6 Ups & 3 Downs For AEW Collision (April 13 - Results & Review)

2. Thunder Rosa Fires Up

While the women's division was again done dirty when it comes to in-ring time, Thunder Rosa absolutely made the most of her minutes when she was interviewed by Tony Schiavone.

La Mera Mera can be an electric, fiery promo when called for, and she very much delivered the goods here ahead of facing Toni Storm for the AEW Women's Championship at Dynasty. Of course, that would be the title she never lost in the first place.

It also helped that this was the only promo on Collision that took place out in front of the live crowd, with Rosa stirring up the Truist Arena and likewise feeding off their energy. It was short, it was direct, and Thunder Rosa brought an intensity that amped up the anticipation for her match with Timeless Toni - a match that has at times been a little lost in the wider Toni Storm character and her dynamic with Mariah Mary.
