6 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE Backstage (Dec 3)

1. Burn It Down?

Seth Rollins
WWE

There's a lot of positivity forthcoming about Seth Rollins in the next section of this piece, so allow for a bit of all-too-familiar criticism beforehand.

The 'Social Media SmackDown' remains an entirely light-hearted way for wrestlers and guests to bite back against some of the silliest of their social media abusers, but Rollins appeared lost for lines and instead tried to defend himself in a way that felt achingly similar to how he'd Tweet.

'The Beastslayer' had plenty to add to discussions elsewhere on the show (more on that later), but this wasn't really the feature for him to shine - Renee Young and Christian were better chipping in from the sides than he was front and centre.
