6 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Dec 4)

Downs...

3. The Street Profits

This wasn't good enough.

During a listless backstage segment, WWE seemed to suggest that The Street Profits will defend their SmackDown Tag belts in some sort of multi-team effort at TLC. That's all they have for these guys after that 'passing of the torch' moment at Survivor Series? Seriously?

That's bad enough, but Dawkins and Ford reverted to type on Friday by becoming glorified shills for other storylines again. Despite having bags of personality and charisma for days, the pair cannot be expected to work miracles with material so paper-thin - where's that fire they showed at the start of their New Day feud?

The Profits lost last week, and Robert Roode cheated to do it, so they should've been p*ssed about that rather than yakking wastefully about why fans already watching the show should be excited for SmackDown. This was total rubbish.
