6 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Jan 3)

3. The Miz Echoing Seth Rollins

Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' character has changed everyone he's come into contact with. Finn Bálor is a heel on NXT, Seth Rollins is a delusional dirtbag, Daniel Bryan has turned back time and Jerry Lawler is still fawning over women like a teenage boy on Raw. Wait, that paragraph didn't work out as planned.

Roll with it. The Miz will.

He's poised to turn full-blown heel again after losing to Kofi Kingston on SmackDown. The way Miz snapped post-match, rained punches down on Kofi, ran away when Big E came in to save the day and then blamed the fans for his behaviour was expertly done. It reeked of the same delusion Rollins has been spouting on Mondays.

The Miz claims fans shouldn't boo him after "everything" he's been through. This is great character work; why would Miz want to be booed for acting aggressively? He literally just experienced a masked lunatic invading his home and putting his family at risk.
