6 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE WrestleMania XXX
1. Women's Title
Paradoxically balanced at the time, the gap between AJ Lee and her Challengers was wide enough to drive a truck through, which was how half the audience still felt have just witnessed the end of the The Undertaker's unbeaten streak.
At the time the longest reigning Divas champion in company history, Lee bid desperately for credibility during the league's lowest ebb. A division split between below-par wrestlers and 'Total Divas' quasi-celebrities, her best moments invariably came in singles bouts or the spectacular promo she cut several months prior against the crop she deemed far beneath her.
Easily winning the lame spotfest, Lee was the only star in the only ever defence of the butterfly belt at the 'Show Of Shows'. Even during the contest's brief highspots, commentators had zero interest in adding gravitas as they lost themselves in the prior results' ramifications.
Lee won with her Black Widow submission after each woman hit at least one move. It was hard to imagine an agent backstage providing more context than that, not least with Vince McMahon already absent and in an ambulance with 'The Deadman' by this point.
