6 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Collision (Nov 17 - Results & Review)

Downs...

4. The Only Problem With This

Malakai Black Brody King House of Black
AEW

At first glance, there was nothing wrong with giving Malakai Black and Brody King a squash match win heading into Full Gear. However, Collision was up against SmackDown, so something more competitive than HOB hammering The Boys was probably needed.

Some fans out there will disagree with that, which is fine. This is simply an observation and personal opinion from one guy when viewing the Collision and Rampage double header as a whole. Think of it as a mini-'Down', if you like, and if such a thing can exist.

Screw it, it exists.

The confusing thing here is that AEW didn't need to have Black and Brody out so early on the show. They were involved in something much, much hotter later on in the broadcast, and it isn't like their squash sold the ladder match gimmick to come at Full Gear either.
