2. How Long Will This Random Tag Last?

Remember 'Hookhausen'? AEW don't. They abandoned Hook's odd couple unit with Danhausen suddenly - it was dropped like a bad habit, and they moved Hook onto something else. That "something else" is apparently teaming with Action Bronson.

OK then.

Look, the fans inside Arthur Ashe seemed to like it. Bronson also looked good during his decidedly Otis-in-Heavy-Machinery-like spots too, but it's hard to have confidence that Tony Khan will do anything with the team long-term. It's coming across like filler already.

Matt Menard and Angelo Parker bumped around like champs for Bronson, and the double submission at the end was nice. However, again, the match didn't feel anywhere near as grand as the announcers tried to pretend it was.
