When some fans weren't reporting bugs, they were flagging up that they couldn't even access it at all. Not since WWE's relationship with Saudi Arabia had they faced so many potential account cancellations as paying customers found themselves locked out of features they were financing.
Amongst (but not limited to) those frozen out included those using the LG Smart TV version of the App, Chromecast, Chrome's browser as well as numerous cases of mobile device complaints. That discounts the fact that the PlayStation 3 version was discontinued entirely just to make way for it.
This is less than ideal - to move from the tech bubble back into the wrestling one for just a second, fans in awe of the G1 Climax and/or the impending formal launch of All Elite Wrestling as a weekly concern haven't exactly been flocking to WWE in droves of late. The inability to do so will only sever a weakening connection - it's perhaps why the aforementioned "Ask" Twitter account has been so productive in trying to tie up thousands of user-based loose ends.
