6 Ups & 4 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Jun 21)

3. Differing Personalities Collide

In the main event, we had three completely different personalities going head to head (to head) as Michael Elgin, Johnny Impact, and Rich Swann met in a huge contest. It was truly an exceptional match from bell to bell with some tantalising wrestling spread throughout.

Elgin and Impact worked as a team for a short period to eliminate Swann from the equation as we could've all foreseen. From there, the action began picking up with shooting star presses here and corkscrew crossbodies there with a few German suplexes intertwined for good measure. When it all boiled down, it would be Rich Swann who walked away victorious after landing on Impact with a 450 splash. This came after the 'Shaman of Sexy' had taken Elgin down with a gorgeous Spanish Fly.

All in all, it was just a really nice match to sit and watch. It wasn't the best match of all time but in terms of TV main events, it could definitely be classed as one of the better ones. Can this be the case every week please?
