6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (11 March - Results & Review)

DOWNS…

4. Room For Growth

Jey Uso
WWE

Let’s just categorize the Uso Brothers feud as being underwhelming at the moment, and not exactly a WrestleMania-level storyline.

Jey Uso has been largely a success as an upper-midcard babyface, getting a tremendous reaction from fans and being believable in most of his matches. Jimmy, by comparison, has been a goof, a henchman for the Bloodline after walking out on them before Jey and then coming back.

Their rivalry still gets a good reaction from fans simply because the Usos have been at the center of so many critical angles during the past few years, and Jey is incredibly popular right now. But his challenge to Jimmy Monday night landed with a mild clang, rather than a boom.

It might catch fire – there still is time for WWE to work its Bloodline magic – but this was not the kickoff that will make video package recaps, with Jey simply throwing down the challenge for WrestleMania.
