Few acts have fallen off more in recent months than the Judgment Day. For the longest time, their antics were a centerpiece of Monday Night Raw, but now, they’ve become a joke of a stable, an undersized group of Keystone Cops propped up by past success and paper champions.
Their clubhouse segments are painful to watch, with Finn Balor continuing to sow seeds of discontent among the group, even after ridding the stable of Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley this summer. The constant turmoil worked when fans cared about the characters; does anyone care about Carlito, Raquel Rodriguez, and JD McDonagh?
On Monday, Balor continued his put-downs, pointing out Liv Morgan’s upcoming challenges at Survivor Series, and chastising Dominik Mysterio and Carlito for their failures in the ring. He then noted that the Judgment Day doesn’t have any leaders, but when they listen to him, they’re a successful, happy family.
What?
Throw in that two of Raw’s titles are locked down by group members who rarely defend them, and you have a recipe for a black hole of suck. WWE needs to napalm this group at this point.
