2. Paul Heyman Has Nothing To Add

'Hey Paul E! Get out there and drone on and on and on and on about WWE 2K25's release, maybe mention Roman Reigns once or twice, then annoy the people by reminding them he didn't show up in Barcelona. That'll do the trick".

WWE must've asked Heyman something along those lines before pushing him through the curtain for a waste of time speech that meandered with nothing of value to add. Yes, Paul is wonderful on the microphone, but even he can't disguise an obvious ad for the company's latest video game. No amount of chatter about Reigns, Seth Rollins or CM Punk was going to manage it.

Heyman shilled 2K25, dissed Rollins, then he got booed out of the building for pointing out that Reigns couldn't be bothered to show face. Pointing out that he'd be in Bologna, Italy instead, then inviting everyone to buy a plane ticket so they can be there in person was...a choice. This was the most heel Paul has been since Solo Sikoa planted him through the announce table last summer and sent him off on his wee sabbatical.

Honestly? This promo was a waste of time and didn’t need to be on the show. Heyman said literally nothing that mattered. WWE might as well have left it at the Raw recap of Roman intruding on that steel cage effort between Punk and Seth. Rest easy if you skimmed over this - you didn't miss a thing. It was a blatant time-killer and soft ad for the new game.

Speaking of shills. Check out a WWE 2K25 review! If Triple H can be so cheeky, then so can we.
