6 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Feb 19)

3. Ding Dong, Hello?

It's clear to see Bruce Prichard's influence on SmackDown's landscape. He's surely responsible for turning Bayley into a dorky female version of 'Brother Love'; she even has the oversized glasses, out-there wardrobe and sinister little giggle in between jokes.

Her 'Ding Dong, Hello' show has also seemingly replaced 'A Moment Of Bliss' as the worst of these talk show segments WWE are obsessed with. It was a mess again, never properly got going before everyone crashed the party, had lame guests and resulted in a match that didn't satisfy.

This just wasn't good TV.

The shameful thing is that Bayley is trying her best to make this work. Sadly, going too over-the-top is killing any lingering memories of her 380-day reign as SmackDown Women's Champ. Silliness can work, but not when it's counterproductive and saps someone's character of any credibility.
