5. Masking Their Problems

Rey Mysterio picked the wrong night to experiment with new gear, even if a mask adjustment provided a cute callback to the Halloween Havoc 1997 classic he'd had with best friend/better enemy Eddie Guerrero nearly a decade before their 'Show Of Shows' scrap.

Evil heel Eddie ripped away at the bodysuit containing Rey's hood back then - this open-backed effort was perhaps designed to highlight the evolution of their relationship in the intervening years.

Entering WrestleMania 21 as Tag Team Champions, the pair promised friendly fire but this and Mysterio's wardrobe malfunctions hijacked what could and shout have been 'Latino Heat's final WrestleMania classic. Foreshadowing most of their matches in 2005, the two never quite met expectations, despite the scintillating tension that underpinned their awkward post-match reconciliation.
