6 Ups & 6 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Nov 5)
3. From Partners To Enemies
It's near impossible to know whether we're supposed to cheer or boo Madison Rayne these days. Sometimes she'll be berating the newer members of the knockouts division for the tiniest errors, and sometimes she'll be taking the fight to Taya Valkyrie, perhaps the least beloved member of the division.
The Queen Bee's match with the reigning Knockouts Champion from this week's Impact was a continuation from last week's six knockout tag team match, where Taya blamed Madison and Kiera Hogan for their loss to Jordynne Grace, Alisha Edwards, and Alexia Nicole. There wasn't a good story coming into it, and unfortunately for them, it wasn't exactly a good match either.
It was a slow, methodical match, with John E. Bravo getting involved later on by attempting to distract Rayne with a stuffed dog toy. For whatever reason, Madison was actually distracted by this, tossing the dog into the crowd (to reiterate, it was a stuffed dog), which allowed 'Wera Loca' to perform the Road to Valhalla for the three count to bring an end to this absolute stinker.
Thankfully, Jordynne Grace would ambush Bravo after the match, so it wasn't entirely terrible. It's never a bad moment seeing John E. Bravo assaulted.
