5. Fatu, Keys Close Raw Strong

It wasn’t “big meaty men slapping meat,” but Royce Keys and Jacob Fatu had a perfectly acceptable match and angle to close out Raw Monday night.

The match itself was every WWE street fight you’ve ever seen, with tables, chairs, and kendo sticks being employed, and the timekeeper’s barricade being destroyed. Fatu and Keys worked hard and hit each other hard, making it a pretty decent television brawl. The finish saw Jacob catch Royce with a pop-up Samoan Drop through a table, followed by a moonsault and Tongan Death Grip for the win.

Afterward, Fatu continued the beating, reapplying the grip and hitting multiple hip attacks, including one with a steel chair wrapped around Keys’ head.

All of this came after Roman Reigns went on a mini-rant backstage about family and how anyone else claiming to be family was just “one of the boys” and not a real friend. The gaslighter-in-chief got through to Fatu, triggering this attack. And then Roman came out and approved of the beating to close out the show.
