2. MSK Breeze Back Into Town

Breezango found out the hard way seven days ago that Legado del Fantasma aren't going anyway any time soon. Determined to follow-up on that statement of a beatdown, the lucha duo squared off against two-time Dusty Cup finalists the Grizzled Young Veterans.

Zac Gibson and James Drake's verbal lashing seemed to fire up the athletic twosome as Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza blasted their opponents with corner dropkicks and a rope-assisted splash early on. Returning the favour from last week, however, Breezango soon showed up on the scene, kitted out in their eye-catching spacesuits. Yet, in a clever turn of events, MSK revealed themselves as the men behind the masks, leading to Gibson being too distracted to save his pal Drake from a roll-up defeat.

Yet, this was merely the beginning of GYV's rough night, with Wes Lee crushing his attacker's hand with a helmet soon after. Breezango, seeing this revenge take place, clearly wanted a piece of their own and quickly pounced on a gloating Legado. In a true passing of the helmet moment, Fandango would then crown Dash Carter in the wake of the babyface units' successful attacks, with the two quirky sides dancing away their troubles not long after.

Will MSK be able to get through their eventual NXT Tag Team Championship match without GYV interference? Don't count on it, but this division is offering up fresh feuds and compelling angles by the week, and a bright future appears to be on the horizon for the black and gold brand's tag team scenes.
