4. LeRae And Hartwell Find A Way To Stand And Deliver

With Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory being more obsessed with recreating the Finger Poke of Doom this week (don't you dare...), The Way's other two members, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell looked to send a message to NXT Tag Team Champions Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon.

The pair met Gigi Dolin and Zeda Ramir in tag team action, with the make-shift duo quickly bringing Hartwell back down to earth with a thud, only for The Way protégé to power her way out of danger and bring LeRae in to steady the ship. Despite their opponents' plucky showing, this match was only ever going one way, with the 'Poison Pixie' drilling Ramir's face into the mat with a Wicked Stepsister and Hartwell hitting a springboard elbow drop for The Way victory.

Wasting little time shooting their shot, LeRae and Hartwell would then challenge the current NXT Women's Tag Team Champions to a match at TakeOver: Stand and Deliver. The Champs would then roll into the CWC on their trademark tank, accept said challenge, and literally shoot their shot - rather pathetically firing a rocket into Hartwell that the up-and-comer mostly forgot to react to.

With the names involved, you can pretty much guarantee the match itself will be much stronger than the limp build, but that's an admittedly rather low bar to clear...
