4. Karma Bites Rollins

At Money in the Bank Sunday night, Seth Rollins retained his Intercontinental Championship by rolling up Elias with a handful of tights.

Monday night, it came back to bite him, as Dolph Ziggler used the tights to cinch in a deep pin and win the IC title from Rollins during an open challenge. Ziggler and Rollins had a pretty good seesaw match, with Seth’s injured knee from the previous night being the storyline throughout the bout.

You might groan about Ziggler getting another half-hearted push, but he and Drew McIntyre have been booked pretty strongly overall since showing up on Raw, so maybe this is the start of something for the duo.

What’s interesting is that one of the ongoing storylines had been Rollins talking about being a fighting champion, unlike Brock Lesnar. Now that he doesn’t have the title, does that mean that Seth won’t be calling out Brock, or will he step it up in light of being without a title?
