What world are we living in when more programming time is spent showing replays of the Shield reuniting than giving five women in an elimination match? Commissioner Stephanie McMahon would have never allowed that to happen.

But seriously, that was a disgrace, as Emma, Bayley, Alicia Fox, Dana Brooke and Sasha Banks squared off in a five-way elimination match to determine who would face Asuka in her debut match at TLC. The match was abysmal, to say the least. Brooke and Fox dragged it down several notches, but it was just a rapid-fire elimination match, which can make it feel cheap and pointless.

In the end, Emma won, earning the right to face Asuka in her first main roster bout. Given the fact that the Empress of Tomorrow is undefeated in NXT/WWE, it’s hard to imagine her losing in her first match. (But then again, this is WWE we’re talking about here.)
