6 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Oct 9)

Ups...

6. History Lesson

WWE loves its own selective history, and it loves to toot its own horn. But sometimes, those little history lessons can be fun and relevant.

Take the Shield reunion Monday night. It had been more than three years since Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose stood together in a ring and shared that familiar fist bump. So when it happened, you knew you were seeing something memorable.

But the announcers actually made it more interesting by pointing out that they were in Indianapolis, where the Shield first debuted way back in 2012, and where the Shield disintegrated in 2014 when Rollins turned on his brothers. How crazy is that?

Thanks WWE! We learned something (somewhat) useful today.
