If you needed any other reason to boo Enzo Amore, Raw made sure to give you the ammo Monday night, when the Cruiserweight Champion berated GM Kurt Angle for out-hustling him and making him compete.

Amore had been getting more and more jeers in recent weeks, and his cheating in cruiserweight matches was a sign that he wasn’t going the virtuous babyface route. But after cheating to win the title and running down the division, his turn was obvious.

Still, guys like Enzo tend to get a positive reaction if only because of their sing-along work on the mic (see Outlaws, New Age). But having him square off against a beloved figure like Angle and whine about wrestling certainly helped.

Plus, it was entertaining to watch Kurt be annoyed by Enzo and then put him in his place. Angle is always at his best when he has someone to play off, and Amore provided some good material.
