3. Freak Show In Saudi Arabia

How else can you describe the current card for Crown Jewel at the end of the month?

The six-match card features only one real, regular “wrestling” match currently, Mansoor versus Cesaro. The rest of the card?

· Seth Rollins versus The Fiend in a falls count anywhere match for the WWE Universal Championship.· Brock Lesnar versus UFC fighter Cain Velasquez for the WWE Championship.· Braun Strowman versus boxer Tyson Fury.· 9-team Tag Team Turmoil match to crown the Best Tag Team in the World. (No, seriously.)· Team Hogan versus Team Flair 5-on-5 tag match.

That is one hell of a freak show card. A one-match “tournament” to name the best tag team (ala the “Best in the World” tourney that gave us Shane McMahon’s gimmick for the past year) and a Survivor Series-esque match just weeks before the actual PPV, plus two singles bouts featuring two athletes with fewer wrestling matches under their belts combined than Jim Ross.

Throw in a Hell in a Cell rematch between Rollins and Bray Wyatt’s Fiend and you’ve got a complete cluster.
