6 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 11)
7. Announced Match Disappears
Last week, we got a painful segment between Dana Brooke and Natalya where Dana tried to apologize to Nattie for costing them a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
It appeared that Natalya was ignoring Dana (she simply had earbuds in and didn’t hear her), prompting her to say she was going to demand a match against Neidhart next (read: this) week.
Fast-forward to Raw this week, and… nothing.
Look, stuff happens, but it’s not like Nattie or Dana had anything else going on during the program. The half-hour dedicated to the six-man tag match and surrounding shenanigans could have been shortened by 7-8 minutes and no one would have complained.
Even if you weren’t going to do the match, then pay a bit of lip service to it. Michael Cole making a 30-second announcement that the match was postponed until next week would have been enough.
