6 Ups And 8 Downs From WWE Raw 25

4. What Was The Point?

The Undertaker promo

After being hyped the entire first hour and the week before, you would have expected some major announcement from The Undertaker.

What we got instead was a bland entrance at the Manhattan Center (which actually made sense since he appeared on the first Raw from the same venue) and a strange, meandering promo that literally said nothing of substance.

It felt like they told him to go out and just talk for three minutes about beating people up for 25 years and then go home. Taker could have hit it out of the park or at least hinted at the future (retirement or another match), but he simply told those who had fallen in battle to rest in peace.

Make of that what you will.
