6 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Oct 5th)
Downs...
9. Going Through The Motions
Did anyone else feel like the latest incarnation of the mini-Shield versus the Wyatt Family was more of the same, just at half-speed? Randy Orton is no slouch, but the six-man tag match felt like it was just plodding along to the obvious conclusion: Roman Reigns pins Luke Harper, the one member of the Wyatt Family who can safely lose right now. Part of the issue is that Braun Strowman only brings his power moves to the match and not much else and everyone else has to account for his shortcomings. These guys also have had the same match before, so it gets a little bland after weve seen it a bunch of times. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stgiEHR4hqE That doesnt mean that the men in the match arent talented, but weve seen Reigns and Bray battling for months now in a feud that feels more and more like a placeholder than an epic struggle. Believe that.
