As uninspiring as the main event was, it did include one glimmer of hope that we’ll give a positive for right now: Luke Harper returned to television.

Harper, a vastly underrated big man who can fly around the ring like a guy 50 pounds lighter and still brawl with the best of them, had been sidelined for several months. His return to action is welcome and much-needed in this brand split era. Now, where the questions can come in is whether rejoining the Wyatt Family is good for his career.

Bray Wyatt’s underlings have often served as cannon fodder troops in his feuds, as Erick Rowan was served up to Randy Orton before he went down with an injury. If Harper is going to be jobbed out to guys Wyatt is feuding with, then this is a waste. But for now, let’s be happy to see him return.
