3. Cena Versus 12 Angry Men
Somehow, John Cena almost overcame a dozen wrestlers to win his big match against Seth Rollins and win back the jobs of Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan. But it turned out that even Cena couldnt beat those odds. The problem with this type of match is that it helps no one. Rollins looks like hes incapable of winning a match without an army helping him, and Cena plays the Superman role that helps keep fans divided about him. Sure, WWE wants to keep Cena strong, we get it. But if they want Rollins to look like a star, having 12 wrestlers beating on his opponent and he still almost loses isnt the way to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7ujl5x1uCo Its short-sighted booking. Fans are going to buy Cena as a top guy even if he lost in three minutes. He gets pulled outside, knocked out and pinned. Fans would buy the result due to the overwhelming odds, and Rollins doesnt have to look like a half-dead Cena can still beat him. Sometimes its the little things, but they add up.
