Sean 'X-Pac' Waltman is one the verge of becoming a two-time Hall of Famer. He was inducted as a member of D-Generation X (class of 2019) and is due to enter the Hall of Fame again as a member of the New World Order, whenever the 2020 group gets put in.

Despite this honour, Waltman is objectively eligible to receive a nomination as a singles star. X-Pac and 1-2-3 Kid were both solid gimmicks, which were over in their respective eras. Waltman had reigns as European, Light Heavyweight, and Cruiserweight champion. Despite this, he is not keen on a Hall of Fame trilogy.

When Nick Hausman queried about a third Hall of Fame induction, Waltman stated his aversion to the idea due to the thought of giving a public speech alone. He elaborated "I don't like that situation, standing there in front of thousands and thousands of people. It's one thing to stand there and have a match, but […] it was never my thing. I was never the big jabber-jawer […] people liked me, but I was not getting 'Promo of the Year' awards, ever."
