Obviously the WWE wouldn't want to make much of Sting and Samoa Joe's TNA connection, but the link between the pair could be exploited to create a fantastic storyline without making any obvious references. Despite Sting's handshake with Triple H following his defeat at WrestleMania, it would still be plausible for 'The Vigilante' to seek revenge due to the dirty way he was defeated. Fortunately for Sting, he could find himself with a natural ally in the form of Joe. Whether played straight or at first portrayed as a hired gun for an unknown benefactor, the imposing newcomer would be able to logically play the role of an incoming force determined to destroy the WWE. The anti-company man is an angle which has been seen many times in the past, but few possess the immediate impact and non-WWE background of Samoa Joe. If booked strongly enough, he could become the centrepiece of a memorable angle to shake the foundations of the promotion.
