7 Forgotten WWE Appearances By AEW Stars

The Young Bucks are one of the most successful tag teams of all-time, with their reputation being particularly glittering when it comes to the indie circuit. At the point in time that they were tearing it up at the likes of PWG and Dragon Gate, AEW EVPs Matt and Nick Jackson actually made an appearance during WWE's abomination of an ECW reboot.

John Morrison and The Miz were embroiled in a feud with D-Generation X in October 2008. During a live segment where the duo mocked Michaels and HHH with a video package, they then introduced DX to the live crowd in San Diego, CA. As the place goes suitably bananas, everything isn't as it seems, as Nick and Matt Jackson came out to the arena as DX impostors, dressed in the hallowed black and green and hitting all of the faction's signature poses.

Matt Jackson does an over-exaggerated HHH impression while wearing an oversized nose that would make a cartoon witch blush, before he and Nick get decimated by Miz and Morrison. It would be the usual forgettable Vince McMahon-led segment of slop if it weren't for being the only WWE appearance of Nick and Matt as a team on WWE TV.
