7 Hidden Meanings Behind AEW Revolution Attires

There were a number of things different about Cody's entrance at Revolution last night.

Aside from the drastic, drastic live band, the most noticeable was a new neck tattoo the size of Brazil, which has since divided the internet on whether it is better or worse than Jack Gallagher's fresh ink (Brandi, for what it's worth, thinks it's ghastly).

The same American Nightmare symbol now etched onto Cody's jugular adorned a downcast Brandi's tank top, though the AEW EVP himself went for a different design. The logo, showing the Rhodes' husky Pharaoh brandishing a sword in its mouth, is a direct play on the Foxhound insignia from the Metal Gear Solid series. With Jon Moxley basically Big Boss these days, it seems appropriate. Perhaps together they can form 'Moxhound'?

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
