7 Mistakes The Authority Has Made In Their First Year

3. Too Many People In Positions Of Power

There was a point on Raw when six different people could make matches on Raw: Hunter, Stephanie, Kane, former Raw GM Brad Maddox and Vickie Guerrero, who showed up on Raw a lot even she was Smackdown GM. You could even add Vince McMahon to it since he made a few appearances. Six people! Did we really need to go through that period? The creative team probably should have thought about this more because when there were that many people in charge of things it left the viewer at home wondering what was going on. If a GM made a match, it could be overruled. So what was the point of the GMs? It took them several months to get rid of them. It is sad because Brad Maddox has been off TV and was so bored with himself that he filmed videos where he claimed to be lost in a cave. Vickie Guerrero retired from WWE to take a job in the real world. Good for her. At least WWE has learned their lesson now. It's only three people that can book matches now: Hunter, Stephanie and Kane. That's still too much, but at least it's not six people anymore.
