7 Most Dominant Brock Lesnar Victories

This one may not have been over as quickly as the debut fight with Kim, but the circumstances surrounding Lesnar’s victory over Frank Mir at UFC 100 make it arguably even more impressive.

Heading into the event, Mir had a strong record of 10-3 in the UFC, and at 6’3” and 260lbs was a similar size to Lesnar. Not only that but he held the psychological edge, having defeated Lesnar just 17 months prior in Brock's UFC debut fight.

This time though, Lesnar had learned from his mistakes. In a patient opening, he dominated for the most part and spent the majority of the round on top of his opponent, leaving Mir little choice but to simply lie there and take it.

The second round saw Lesnar score another takedown, but this time he allowed Mir to get up. Mir then struck with some knees of his own but Brock soon grounded him once more. Then came the onslaught of fists that saw the champ avenge his defeat from the year prior.

As mentioned earlier, though not quite as brief as the Kim fight, this one ranks higher due to the nature of the opponent, the pressure that entailed and the bigger stage on which it came.
