"Right now" is a stretch - this disaster of a bump happened in July, but only recently went viral - but it's so wrong that it demands inclusion here.

At IWA: Mid South's 'Last Battle In Memphis' - probably best not to name a card of backyard amateurs after one of the most influential professional wrestling matches of all time - Marcus Everett was lucky not to be paralysed after trying and spectacularly failing to elbow drop Cole Radrick through a table. He didn't leap from the top turnbuckle; he scaled the wall of the (actual) flea market, using the upper beams as a tightrope, before miscalculating his jump. That's an understatement; he missed the table by a good two feet, somehow not shattering every bone in his body.

The stupidity climbs as many levels as he did. The spot meant Radrick had to sell, incongruously, for an age. Even if it went right, it was still so wrong. There was just one slim table there to cushion his fall. It wasn't the main event. There was nobody there to see it - but that doesn't condemn how philosophically stupid the spot was. Everett, to his credit, has at least acknowledged how stupid the bump was on Twitter recently in a stream of humble tweets directed at Lance Storm, Hurricane Helms and Jim Cornette.

The award for funniest response is a two-horse race between Lance Storm and Karl Anderson. The former used the stunt to flog his LEARN TO WORK tee. The latter deviated from the typical, stern respectable veteran response to declare it as the greatest thing he'd ever seen.
