7 Most Successful WWE Superstars To Ever Step Foot In Hell In A Cell

2. The Undertaker

As you€™ve probably guessed by now, The Undertaker€™s been involved in his fair share of Hell in a Cell matches. Currently, he has a tally of 12 appearances to his name€”which of course will soon become 13 once he goes toe-to-toe with Brock Lesnar once more at this year€™s imminent PPV. From those 12 outings, €˜Taker has tasted victory on six occasions. And some of those victories have arrived in some of the most memorable Hell in a Cell clashes of all time; like his maiden win against Mankind€”a match that will forever be remembered for Mankind€™s unbelievable tumbles both off and through the top of the Cell. He would serve up another epic some 14 years later when he defeated Triple H at WrestleMania XXVIII in their end of an era clash. And having beaten the Big Boss Man at €˜Mania XV, that makes €˜Taker the only man to have featured in, and won, every WrestleMania Hell in a Cell match in history. As well as these honours, he also captured the World title in his 2009 match with CM Punk, and defeated Edge and Randy Orton in 2008 and 2005 respectively to complete a truly star-studded list of Hell in a Cell victims. And while he€™s had a few losses along the way€” versus Shawn Michaels, Batista, Brock Lesnar, Kane, and in the Armageddon Hell in a Cell of 2000, as well as the no contest he wrestled alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin against Mankind and Kane€”he still boasts the second-highest win-ratio in Hell in a Cell history, as well as the record for total appearances.
