7 Movies WWE Writers Should Plagiarize For Bray Wyatt Next

3. Escape From New York

Up to this point only the darker side of Wyatt€™s nature has been explored, but what qualities does the current Wyatt gimmick have that could be easily put into the identity of a face? For one he€™s a death-defying badass with a devil-may-care attitude and enough charm to get a packed stadium to light up his entrance. Taking this into consideration, what better movie protagonist to rip-off than Escape From New York€™s Snake Plisskin. Not only would the eye-patch suit Wyatt to a tee, but there is something about Plisskin€™s pitch-black gallows humour that Wyatt has in spades, albeit hidden behind terrifying intentions. Plus, with an already-willing crowd, Wyatt could make an unusual but charismatic face. In similar fashion to the films, Wyatt could be captured by Zeb Colter before being poisoned and told that he€™d only be given the antidote if he can successfully take back the US championship from monster heel Rusev. The two behemoths could then hash it out in a brutal cage match for the title, where Wyatt wins and becomes an unlikely hero. A return to evil is expected when Wyatt, enjoying his new-found appreciation so much, goes on a full face turn for the duration of a successful run with the belt.
