4. Mickie James
WWE.comMany feel that Mickie James is one of the more overrated women in WWE history, but there's no denying the impact she had on the company in the brief time she was there. Five-time Women's Champion, and a one-time Divas Champion, Mickie is one of the most decorated women to compete for the company, and she was AJ Lee when AJ Lee was simply April Mendez, fresh out of high school. Her feud with Trish Stratus, leading up to WrestleMania 22, helped to take the women of WWE to an entirely new level, as the writing of the storyline, and Mickie's acting, made everyone take notice. She became one of the more must-see workers on the roster, male or female, and she basically transcended the division she was in. It takes a special talent to do something like that. Even though she would never truly reach the same heights as she did at WrestleMania 22, Mickie James should be rewarded for what she was able to accomplish.
