7. Fantasy Matches That Never Happened
It would be a great idea to do a show about some matches that never took place in WWE. Fans love to sit back to wonder "what if" two wrestlers or teams had a match. The example given in the survey was a matchup between Andre the Giant and the Big Show. That match never took place because Andre passed away before Show had a match. If you recall when Show was introduced in WCW nearly 20 years ago, they actually said he was the "son of Andre" although they had no relation at all. There are so many other potential ideas that would work as topics like if Bret Hart wrestled Kurt Angle. Another one could be Shawn Michaels vs. Eddie Guerrero. Even though they worked in WWE at the same time, they never had a match prior to Eddie's untimely death in 2005. The biggest of them all would be Hulk Hogan vs. Steve Austin. While they did take part in a tag match on Raw prior to WrestleMania 18 in 2002, they didn't have a singles match in a WWE ring. Add in the idea that it would be these two in their prime and it's the true definition of a dream match. They could also have a WWE 2K15 tie-in by showing two or three minutes of this fantasy match in the company's video game. Why not? It would add to the fantasy aspect of it. It's an idea that has a lot of legs to it because there could be so many matches discussed whether it involved singles matches, tag teams or divas. The potential is there for quality programming.
