Quite possibly the worst booking decision of the night. About ten minutes into a good, technical match, Natalya sought to get herself disqualified by attacking Charlotte Flair with a steel chair outside the ring.

This would have made a lot more sense if the match had been built around Natalya's growing frustration at not being able to pick up the win. The bout hadn't been going for a particularly long time, and Natalya had barely gone for the win at all; she spent most of the match wearing down Charlotte's leg for what we assumed was to set up the Sharpshooter later on.

Natalya did lock in her finisher briefly earlier in the fight, but there wasn't any reason to think that she wouldn't be able to wrap up Charlotte's legs again, and get the submission victory.

The planning of this match was wrong; Charlotte should've spent longer in the Sharpshooter without tapping to justify Natalya's actions, or Natalya should have won cleanly to help cement her as the top competitor in the Smackdown Live women's division.
