All great wrestlers have to have the ability work as a heel or a face. The ones that are only good in one role rarely are considered among the best of all time with a few exceptions like Sting. Most of the time, you can point to the best wrestlers as all around performers that are equally great at making the fans happy and upsetting them at every opportunity. When looking back at Bully Ray's career especially in TNA, he's had more success as a singles wrestler. However, the recent storyline with him wanting to put TNA President Dixie Carter through a table for several months and then finally doing it was the kind of great babyface storyline that TNA needs to stay in business. It showed that even though he was this jerk that tried to kill the company in the Aces and Eights storyline, the fans still have a lot of respect for him. As a tag wrestler he's worked as a heel or a face and shown that he's very comfortable in either role. It seems like WWE has a nice balance of heels to counter the faces, but it wouldn't hurt to add one more especially somebody that's the caliber of Bully Ray. The best role for him would be as a veteran heel, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he was a babyface in WWE because they like having their veteran faces on the shows.
