7 Things Roman Reigns Must Do To Win Over Fans

2. One Superman Punch Per Match. No Exceptions.

No trademark move in all of WWE is so audibly rejected as much as Roman Reign’s Superman punch is. While Kevin Owens has a nice looking TKO, Frogsplash and senton splash in his repertoire, and Dolph Ziggler has his leaping DDT and superkick, Roman's big move is that he jumps in the air and punches which causes Michael Cole to lose his damn mind every time he sees it.

And for some stupid reason, they let Roman continually perform this move multiples times, sometimes up to half-a-dozen in a single match! It’s ridiculous and frustrating. It’s a heat generator in the wrong way.

Much like Big Show’s WMD, fans are not all that excited by punches as a big move. But if Vince and Roman insist this must be part of his act, then he should only get ONE per match, just like basically every other wrestler does their signature spots once.

If he goes over that limit then fine him $10,000 for each instance and give that money to fans in attendance that night who had to suffer through it.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
