7 Things That Must Happen At WWE TLC 2015

3. The Wyatt Family Must Whitewash The ECW Originals

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it is important that the WWE creative team be made aware of something; the year is 2015, almost 2016. Sure, this match can exist, but look at it from a Sartre-esque, standing back taking it as it is viewpoint. On one team you have a young heel stable, led by a man who has faced The Undertaker and John Cena at the last two WrestleManias, along with one of the most talented big men in wrestling, arguably the strongest man in the WWE and then a guy with a ginger beard. Their opponents? A tag team of a 44 year old and his 43 year old partner, who returned to the company in the autumn to a wave of nostalgia and not much else, and two of their former colleagues in a promotion that has been dead for more than a decade. Those colleagues are 44 and 40 respectively, and their only use in WWE TV is for brief nostalgia. Surely, the Wyatts run through the ECW Nostalgia Crew in this elimination match without suffering a loss? That is the only logical way for this go. If any member of the Wyatts is eliminated here, I would fear for their future in the company (Erick Rowan, I'm looking at you). Heck, go one further and just have Braun Strowman choke the originals out, one by one. If you want to book him as a monster, book him as a monster.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
